This movie is one spectacular scene after another
If it weren’t for the meandering third act, I would have easily given this movie 10 stars. I don’t know why this movie has such a bad rating.
The choreography is unique, brutal and beautiful
Outside of the plot, we have a ready-made revenge plot, but it works. The motivation of the characters is simple, but extremely effective.
As I mentioned before, the last act is overwhelming
Silat is the best I’ve seen since the Raid movies. The pace in the first two acts was incredible, but everything breaks down towards the end.
Still, if you’re looking for a straight action movie, look no further
No need to waste time endlessly scrolling — here’s the entire lineup of new movies and TV shows streaming on Netflix this month.
